Gluten Free Hazelnut Butter Cookies by HEALTHYDOC1
Introduction: A very simple cookie recipe perfect for someone on a wheat and gluten-free diet.
Number of Servings: 18
( Ingredients: Must order the cookbook to see the ingredient list - but NO Peanut butter, that is for sure!!)
Tips - The fresh organic eggs make the cookies fluffier and they rise better (and they are healthier. Peanut Butter is TOXIC so please make sure to use Sun Nut Butter or Hazelnut butter for healthy cookie)
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Combine all ingredients until smoothUse medium cookie scoop and drop onto an ungreased cookie sheetUse a fork to make a crisscross pattern on top of each cookieBake 10-15 minutes
